We invite shareholders to our Annual General Assembly of Přírodobanka a.s., dealing with key decisions on the overall situation of our company, especially in regards to poor performance at the key level of interaction between the human economies and our holdings (naše holdingy) Skvící se sad and Zemský ráj. Supervising Alchemists Alois, Václav and Andrej will be in attendance.
Main points to be addressed:
1. The widespread destabilization of advanced societies remains poorly explained. Accelerating advances in alchemical intelligence (AI) and mechanization further complicate political-economic prospects of human societies. These phenomena require careful consideration because our bank’s positions may be implicated in these developments.
2. It has also been brought to our attention that our incantations and formulas are increasingly coming into conflict with advances in social psychology and behavioral ecology. By performing an exercise simulating the situation of our clients and stakeholders in a natural setting, we plan to get a better overview of the situation.
3. A group of activist shareholders has tabled a motion that we apply new expertise in the functioning of natural systems toward a less mystical understanding of the human economy, whose activities we finance.
In light of these challenges, the supervisory board is being asked to consider alterations to management approaches.
Despite the weighty agenda, we expect the meeting to be conclude in just over an hour.
The official language of the assembly is Czech.
