The Cervena fedma cabaret revue introduces a Christmas melodrama entitled GOLDEN SCHWEIN. A conflict of storeys, the way of the Cross, fasting visions, gift wish, Siddharta’s wafer, eroticon balm, carp a la rubicon, carolling grandpa, wanting him to sleep, street art blues, dried fruit juice and many more.
The Cervena Fedma cabaret was established in 2005 with no ambitions to address the general public, merely for friendly meetings. Its birth was assisted by the director and graduated publicist Jan Rendl, Jan Foukal from the documentary department at FAMU and Daniel Pitin, an academic painter and AVU graduate. A wild party later led to a form which today includes videoart, opera or beatbox. The effort to find new talents and the informal approach of the speakers which arouse the I-could-do-this-too impression, however, remained. Polish Porn, Other Types of Intelligence, Velvet Unconsciousness, Finally Decent Pop-Corn etc. were the topics on which we focused the asymmetric circle of our guests for the evening. From poets, jugglers, musicians and gagmen to national artists and scientists.
