We called for death to bring life. Out of the seed sown into a grave, new words sprout... I will dance with my death through my life…
The primary inspiration of this performance comes from the notes on elusive dances – apparitions in the churches in medieval times. Other sources of inspiration are very diverse. The performance reflects behaviour of animals in desperate situations, rituals of the native people, it looks in the face of hopeless death in the times of Nazism and wars. It rests upon dreamlike visions and cathartic experiences.
