We will screen a new and, as always, provocative collection of winning films from the 44th year of Academia Film Olomouc, which is one of the most important events of this kind in Europe. The best of the international festival of scientific and documentary films, which was held in April in Olomouc, will be presented in person by the organisers.
The progressive AFO festival popularizes science meeting art through film. One of the key topics for this year will be the Secrets of the Universe. The new section called Genderrr aims to present the topics of emancipation thinking and the issue of gender. The triumph of the programme is the discussion panel entitled Dr. House – Truth Or Myths?, dedicated to the topic of displaying current trends in medical science in dramatised audiovisual performances.
