Bazaar Festival: END DREAM / Unsorcery (RO)

An Identity.Move! project performance
performance length: 60 min
no language barrier
Choreography as a travel guide through the black box

The black box of the theatre “ends“ or suspends reality outside, by introducing the performance’s own reality. But can we also suspend the reality of that performance itself, using its own means? And if we do so, is this suspension not part of the performance? Isn‘t the performance really part of wider reality in the first place? But maybe the new reality of a performance about its own suspension can be itself suspended, creating a meta-performance.

“Ending the performance about the end of the performance is still a performance that will inevitably end with another performance or with another reality.”

Performance takes place at Studio ALTA and is a part of Bazaar 2016 Festival.

FESTIVAL PASS IS AVAILABLE ON GOOUT.CZ.

Unsorcery (Florin Flueras and Alina Popa) is a framework created to accommodate both performance and philosophy, and to test if art can be a transversal journey through different levels of experience and knowledge that aim at what has been, so far, impossible to experience.
Unsorcery is a dimension of alienation from practices through thinking and from concepts through practice.
