Inspired by classic stories such as the Wizard of Oz, Apples and Hearts tells a story about an 'Old Heart'. This 'Old Heart', who has belonged to many different people over the course of time, is now traveling back to meet the memories and regrets of his past. Are the regrets and wishes still alive? Could they have been resolved? The story takes a turn that goes beyond his comprehension--His past seems to have a mind of its own.
