RENTAL / BABYLON (OPENING NIGHT 1.6.)

Opening night of Babylon performance is on Friday 1st June at 7pm. Children of different cultures will make the performance how the time is running, how the world is renewing and how people are communicating with each other.

It was so long time ago when no one remembers when it actually happened ... It is said that in those times people were talking the same language and everyone understood each other. People wanted to leave a memory about themselves for ages.

"Come together and build a high tower!" Someone said. "We will build the tower above the heaven!" the others said. The entire city was built around the mountain where the tower was decided to build. The name of the city was Babylon.

But God did not like the intent of people. He did not want people to get to heaven and sent to them a great storm. When the storm was raging, the wind carried away all the words people were used to say to each other.

Soon the storm subsided and people again began to build the tower. So far they did not know what misfortune had happened to them. The whole word of Babylon began to speak words that were understandable to one and incomprehensible to others. People did not understand each other more...
