Study and Make Theatre in Prague

The Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) is pleased to announce its fifth annual summer theatre school. Courses are in English and will take place at DAMU, located in the heart of Prague's historical center.

Study theatre and delve into the Czech cultural scene in a three-week course, or immerse yourself in one-subject for a three-day intensive - or do both! The PSTS provides a range of options for those who come and stay awhile as well as for those who prefer a shorter, intensive experience. The PSTS offers courses in applied theatre, authorial performance, performing with masks, crafting and performing puppets, (Inter)acting with the Inner Partner, stage design, site-specific theatre and more.
