CHANGES TO OUR RESERVATIONS SYSTEM

In our attempts to improve services we are changing our ticket buying system as of May 1st, 2013.

Starting with our May performances you will be able to buy tickets at our theatre box office not only for that evening’s performance but for future performances as well.
These tickets have several characteristics to help prevent forgery. The system is provided by Ticketstream Ltd.

A fully convenient way get tickets is buying them right at home through www.ticketstream.cz (simple registration system, choice of ticket, payment, and printing on your home printer).

For those who prefer not to use internet systems there is a large network of sales points with EuroPay terminals (over 100 locations in Prague).

The biggest change is the complete cancellation of our reservations system through www.alfredvedvore.cz , you will be redirected to www.ticketstream.cz (when reserving through Ticketstream please pick up your tickets at any sales point or pay online within 3 days), while our contact line for reservations is still at your service at 775 186 860.
